• Customer Induced Damage
• Liquid Ingres
• Screen Damage
• Cosmetic Damage
• Jailbreak or any other unauthorised software manipulation
• Software issues if the latest manufacturer software is not installed on the device
• Devices that have been tampered with or opened/disassembled by an unauthorised repairer or service centre

Hate My Phone reserve the right to refuse any claims if any of the above is found to be the case when a device is returned.

Hate My Phone reserve the right to repair or replace any returned devices after the statutory 14 day return period. Any device returned with iCloud, FMI locked, Activation Lock or any other method preventing access to the device will void warranty coverage, these must be removed/deactivated before any warranty claim can be processed.

Please note, battery warranty varies for different devices. If you are unsure about any of the above, please contact us first.

All returns must be accompanied with an authorised RMA number if you do not have this number your return/warranty claim cannot be processed. Please contact info@hatemyphone.co.uk to request an RMA number.
